My advantages at the memberarea?
With Access to the Memberarea you will get full admition of a huge amount of Erotic DVD's. We will update our DVD- range several times a week, so that you'll never get bored.

Is ist possible that there are arising additional costs in the memberarea?
No, downloading and watching of all of our films is included to the basic charge. During your membership you are allowed to use every product as many times as you want.

Does signing in take much of my time and when will I get my Username and Password?
Signing in is completes in a few minutes. We will supply you with your username and password subsequently via e-mail. For that reason it is important to make sure that your mailadress is correct.

What is the file format you provide your DVD's in?
At the moment all films are available as *.WMV. To view this format the Windows Media Player is required.
We are working on other formats for our films for the near future.

What kind of internetaccess do I need?
For downloading of Films there are no requirements. Nevertheless we recommend wir empfehlen jedoch mind. eine DSL-Verbindung, da eine Download sonst viele Stunden bis Tage brauchen kann. Für die Livestreams ist eine DSL-Verbindung zwingend erforderlich.

Why logging in to the memberarea is only possible, when cookies are activated?
The cookies are required to identify you (Username und Password) and are deleted automatically after closing your browser. Without accepting cookies a log in to the memberarea is not possible!

I dont have a Windows Media Player, where can I get one?
The Windows Media Player available here for free.

I do have a Windows Media Player but it does not play the films.
At older versions of the player some problem may occur. We recomment downloading here the latest version of the Windows Media Player. And don't forget to install it.

For which operating systems the Windows Media Player is available?
The Player is available for all Microsoft operating systems starting at Windows 98 and for MAC OS 8.1, 9.x and MAC OS X. For download please click here.
